Welcome to Brandywine School of Early Learning! We are so excited to open our doors to your children for another fun-filled year of learning and growing. With nearly 100 years of combined teaching experience, our highly qualified staff is eager to partner with you in your child’s preschool years. Our core curriculum along with our enrichment programs are designed to provide your child with the necessary skills to transition smoothly and confidently into Kindergarten. Brandywine School is dedicated to creating a love of learning for each child as they experience the anticipation of each new day!

About Our Director

Jennifer Royds is a former parent and teacher at Brandywine School. The school and its community have been an integral part of her life for the past nine years. Prior to teaching, Jen received a Bachelor of Science in Food Science at the Pennsylvania State University. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry in both medical sales and sales training for over ten years.

Jen is honored to be serving Brandywine School in this new capacity. She believes that early childhood education is much more than preparation for elementary school. She feels when children are surrounded by nurturing teachers and a robust curriculum, they develop the social, emotional, and cognitive skills needed to build a solid foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.

Jen, her husband Mike, and their three children live in Downingtown.
